All meetings begin at 6:00 pm in the Philip Pocock School Library. Please enter through the main doors of the school off Tomken Road. Parking for all attendees and committee members is accessed via the south entrance and available in the south parking lot.

A Virtual ZOOM Attendance link will be emailed to the community one week prior to each scheduled meeting.
